About

I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I enjoy interacting with people which is why I offer Group PT sessions and completely enjoy teaching gym classes.


Having been overweight in the past, I recognise the challenges that many people face in trying to overcome weight loss and fitness challenges.

I believe that I can share some of my experiences that have helped me achieve and maintain a significantly healthier lifestyle.

My goal is to help people reach their health and fitness goals, with an approach to making lifestyle changes.
